Welcome as a partner to the Finnish Sport Sciences Conference on September 3-4. 2025, at the Liikunta Building, University of Jyväskylä!
We invite a diverse range of organizations from the sports, health, and wellness sectors, including both businesses and non-profit organizations, to become partners for this event. At Finnish Sport Sciences Conference, we aim to enhance the interaction between researchers and knowledge users. This year's theme is "On Equal Footing on Sports?", and the event will take place in Jyväskylä (on-site only, no streaming). The event exhibition provides an excellent opportunity to meet professionals and students in the fields of sports, health, and wellness face-to-face. More than 200 participants are expected to attend.
The exhibition space will be located in the third-floor lobby of the Liikunta Building, which provides access to all seminar lecture halls. The program includes dedicated time for engaging with partners, and morning and afternoon coffee breaks will take place in the lobby. The exhibition will be open throughout the event.

For Businesses: Special Offer - 700 EUR (VAT 0%)
The exhibitor basic package includes:
- Exhibition space (approximately 4–6 m²) with a table, two chairs, and an electrical connection.
- One participant's full access to the event (Wednesday and Thursday), including meals on event days, participation in the evening gathering on Wednesday, September 3, and side events. Note: Additional participant fee is 180 EUR.
- Company logo and website featured on the Finnish Sport Sciences Conference website in the exhibitor section.
- Visibility in event presentations on social media and on the main screens in conference halls during breaks.
For Non-Profit Organizations and Associations: Special Offer - 580 EUR (VAT 0%)
We offer non-profit organizations and associations an exhibitor package that includes participation for two persons. The standard participation fee for the Finnish Sport Sciences Conference is 340 EUR per person (2 x 340 EUR = 680 EUR). The exhibitor package for organizations is available for 580 EUR, covering participation for two people.
The exhibitor basic package includes:
