Participation Fees and Registration
Participation fees for the Finnish Sport Sciences Conference:
- Standard: €340
- LTS member: €290
- Student*: €170
- Student, LTS member*: €150
* The student rate is available to full-time undergraduate students. A valid student ID must be presented upon request.
The participation fee includes lunches and coffee breaks as indicated in the program, as well as the evening celebration dinner. The fee is invoiced in advance. More details about registration and cancellation policies are available on the registration page.
Accommodation
The Finnish Society of Sport Sciences collaborates with local hotels and has made block reservations. More information is available via the link below.

Media Accreditation and Interview Requests
Media representatives are warmly welcome to attend the Finnish Sport Sciences Conference!
Please accredit and submit any interview requests by August 30 via email to: hanna.vehvilainen(at)lts.fi
In your message, include your name, contact details, job title, and the media outlet you represent.
Accreditation requires a valid press card from the Union of Journalists in Finland, the Finnish Association of Science Editors and Journalists, or other proof of active media work. Please bring your credentials to the event.
You can collect your press pass from the Finnish Society of Sport Sciences' info desk, located in the 3rd floor lobby of the Liikunta Building.
Accredited media representatives are entitled to attend seminar sessions free of charge.
Communications and Photography
Photographs and video recordings will be taken during the conference. These materials will be shared on social media, the LTS website, and in Liikunta & Tiede magazine. They may also be used in future LTS communications and event promotion.
The official conference hashtag is #LTP25.

The Finnish Sport Sciences Conference – What, Where, When?
